The diploma thesis deals with elements of communication in order to increase customer loyalty. The aim of the thesis is to suggest changes in communication with customers and the use of elements of communication to increase customer loyalty to a selected store. The selected store is Jednota Kaplice cooperative. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts.
