The Strategic Planning of Non-profit Organization Medou z. s.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the management and financial analysis of the non-profit organization Medou z. s. which operates as a day care center for disabled people. The first part deals with a theoretical description as well as with the origin and the legislative position of non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic. It also sheds some light on strategic planning and the possibilities of financing including the examination of SWOT and STEP analyses. The practical part provides an insight into the non-profit organization Medou z. s. on which both of the aforementioned analyses were employed. Furthermore, the paper discusses the funding of the organization from the beginning until the present day and it proposes procedures to increase success in the social services market
