Art Diary. The Project for pupils with autistic spectrum disorder (theoretical- project thesis)

The diploma thesis presents theoretical and practically focused material intended primarily for primary school teachers. The theoretical part defines and throughly describes the critical topics that represent the basis of created the series of art lessons. Its preparation and implementation are then embodied in the follow-up project part. The first chapter defines the term art diary, and afterwards, it presents a selected set of specific variants of this phenomenon from the perspective of art culture. The following two chapters are related to the issue of autism spectrum disorders. The last theoretical passage of the thesis deals with the possibilities of using the diary in the artistic activities of pupils with autism. Rich pictorial appendices complement the textual level of the work, and for readers, there are also available the structured individual lesson plans from the presented series of art lessons
