The reconstruction of a villa with minimal investment costs.

The diploma thesis aims to elaboration of project documentation for a family home reconstruction with minimal purchase costs. The goal of this thesis is to find an optimal possibility for construction adjustments of the object according to the owner{\crq}s requirements. It is necessary to choose a compromise solution between the ideal way of reconstruction and financial potentiality of the owner. The design was elaborated in two variants, out of which one was then chosen, after consulting the diploma thesis tutor, and further elaborated to the stage ready for applying for the building permission
