Extension build-up area countryside.

As a bubject of my diploma work I chose the extension build-up area countryside. I chose this subject because I was able to oversee the development of new housing estate Na Křižovatkách in Boršov nad Vltavou. The aim of my work is to point out the large number of administrative tasks in connection with the initial work and throughout the new housing estate development. The first part covers the history of housing development and the origins of villages in our country, developments and changes of village buildings and the history of Czech planning law. I also cover the history of Boršov nad Vltavou. The second part is aimed at the new trends in housing in comparison with the historical trends, at the plans for futur housing developments and housing construction. The next part is the realization of the development. I also cover the development problems and liabilities for the futur in cinnection with new housing. The last part compares the positive ahd negative effects of the expansion of new housing estates in rural areas
