This study entitled “The Effects of Human Resource Practice on Organizational Performance.A case study of Mikumi National Park,intended to assess effects of human resource practices such as recruitment, training and career development, compensation policy and performance appraisal on organizational performance in tourist industry.A descriptive research design was adopted as an appropriate study design.A sample of 56 employees was selected using purposive sampling and simple random sampling.
