The study aimed at exploring the impact of VICOBA in poverty reduction in Ubungo Municipal Council of Tanzania. Specifically, the study was to assess the improvement of income to Motorbike riders through establishment of VICOBA Program. Other objectives were to identify major socio-economic opportunities, challenges and barriers confronted by the Motorbike riders, to examine daily earning by motorbike riders compared to operational costs. The study used exploratory and descriptive designs; questionnaire, interviews and documentary review in data collection were used.
