PEMBERIAN SENAM DIABETES UNTUK MENURUNKAN HIPERGLIKEMIA PADA TN.R DI DESA BUNIWANGI

Hyperglycemia is a high blood sugar level with a value more than normal because the body does not produce insulin or insulin does not work properly. Therefore, it is necessary to find a way to reduce the patient's blood sugar level. One of the nonpharmacological efforts to reduce blood glucose levels is diabetes exercise. The purpose of this paper is to determine the decrease in blood sugar levels before and after carrying out diabetes exercises. This writing method uses a case study strategy. The application of diabetes exercise was carried out for 6 days, 3 days under supervision and 3 days independently. This application is done once a day for 20 minutes. The results obtained after exercise was a decrease in blood glucose levels from 227 mg/dL. decreased gradually to 201 mg/dL. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the application of diabetes exercise on reducing blood glucose levels in hyperglycemia
