Background: The purpose of this literature review, is to explore the stress adolescents faced during the times of the COVID-19 pandemic. This includes the rates of stress, other psychological consequences, such as depression and anxiety, as well as factors that could have contributed to the development of stress and those that could have helped relieve feelings of distraught. Purpose: To create a more holistic approach in nursing care, finding reasonings behind the creation of stress in the young population, as well as methods to alleviate, can help patient satisfaction and support.
