Exopolysaccharides (EPS) are polysaccharides produced by microorganisms such as bacteria and microalgae. Contrary to other microorganisms, the studies on EPS from microalgae are scarce. The present works are included in the ANR POLYSALGUE project, which objective is to develop the current knowledge of microalgae EPS and their valorization.
