PENGARUH RESILIENSI DAN LEADERSHIP TERHADAP PSYCHOLOGICAL DISTRESS KARYAWAN DENGAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL SEBAGAI PEMODERASI

The purpose of this study is to determine how resilience and leadership affect Psychological Distress and social support that acts as a moderator. This research is a quantitative model which distributes a questionnaire as the basis of this research. The population of this study amounted to 60 employees of PT. Sumber Cipta Multiniaga Madiun who works in the marketing department. The distribution of questionnaires was used as a data collection method in this study, which used total sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis is the methodology used for data analysis. Resilience has a positive and significant impact on Psychological Distress, transactional leadership style also has a positive and significant impact on Psychological Distress and social support has a positive and significant impact on moderating resilience and leadership style on Psychological Distress.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan bagaimana resiliensi dan leadership mempengaruhi Psychological Distress serta dukungan sosial yang berperan sebagai pemoderasi. Penelitian ini merupakan model kuantitatif yang dimana menyebarkan kuesioner sebagai dasar penelitian ini. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang karyawan PT. Sumber Cipta Multiniaga Madiun yang bekerja di bagian pemasaran. Penyebaran kuesioner digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini, yang menggunakan total sampling. Analisis regresi linier berganda adalah metodologi yang digunakan untuk analisis data. Resiliensi memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Psychological Distress, gaya kepemimpinan transaksional juga memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Psychological Distress dan dukungan sosial berdampak positif dan signifikan memoderasi resiliensi terhadap dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap Psychological Distres
