International audienceWideband digital 5-bit phase shifter from 0.6 GHz to 2.4 GHz based on All-Pass Networks (APN) using COTS SMD components is presented. The theoretical design values are presented as well as design challenges. Four phase shifters are realized and measured. A return loss larger than 10 dB, insertion loss smaller than 9 dB and RMS phase error smaller than 16.9° is consistently obtained in all realization
