Introduction: The newborn sleep is a topic that worries parents and health professionals, so questions about sleep are constantly evolving. It happens that sleeping with the baby is a common practice for different reasons : shared sleep promotes the duration and sustainability of breastfeeding, it also contributes to the attachment process. While room sharing is recommended up to the age of 6 months, bed sharing is considered as a risk factor of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS).
