This work consists in the study of an essential element of a RFID chip (UHF or microwave): the energy recovery circuit. Indeed, these tags must be passive, their only source of energy coming from the incident wave: it is necessary to convert a radio frequency power into continuous power. The main objective of this thesis is to model and optimize the circuits and systems dedicated to the remote powering of low power and low cost integrated applications.
