IMPORTANCE Multidisciplinary perioperative assessment for patients undergoing complex oncologic head and neck cancer (HNC) surgery is widely implemented. However, to our knowledge, the association of multiprofessional preoperative assessment, information, and briefing with postoperative outcomes has not been evaluated.
