Existing implementations of multiple mapping conditioning (MMC) for two-phase flows use filtered data from direct numerical simulation (DNS) as input, rather than using large eddy simulation (LES) techniques. A standalone MMC-LES model has been developed, and its suitability for use assessed by comparison to the results from the existing MMC-DNS and more exact CP-DNS models. This suitability was improved by studies of such factors as the subgrid model, kernel estimation parameters, grid resolution, number of stochastic particles, and the coupling model used. Results indicate that MMC-LES simulations can approximate the mixture fraction with a high deal of accuracy, but temperature remains underpredicted, as with existing MMC-DNS results.M.S
