Mysticism and spiritualization have deep effects on Urdu literature. These effects also accepted by Ashfaq Ahmad and Bano Qudsia. Both of them have deep relation with mysticism and saints. This is the reason that much of their work is about mysticism and spiritualization. Although mysticism is also finds in their novels and short stories (Afsana).
