Psychological therapeutic effectiveness has a social impact; from a public mental health perspective, the way in which health homes respond to this impact will in turn influence the relevance of psychological intervention. This research analyzes the perception of psychological intervention and its effectiveness in 129 Ecuadorians related to the public health system of the Provincia de El Oro (69 users, 27 clinical psychologists and 33 professionals in other health areas). A questionnaire was applied with 13 items on a Likert scale (from one to five) and four additional questions that were evaluated on a scale from (one to ten); in addition, questions were used to obtain sociodemographic data.
