ANALISIS KOMPONEN KONDISI FISIK ATLET HOCKEY GRESIK INDOOR DAN OUTDOOR PUTRI PERSIAPAN PORPROV 2022

This study emphasizes a data on the physical condition of Gresik hockey athletes, which is a comparison between indoor and outdoor hockey athletes. The purpose of the study was to determine the components of the physical condition of female athletes for indoor and outdoor hockey in Gresik Regency which will be prepared to take part in PORPROV VII East Java 2022 in Situbondo Regency, and as evaluation material for trainers, indoor and outdoor hockey athletes in Gresik Regency. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative research. Data collection techniques using tests and measurements. The subjects of this study were 11 Gresik indoor hockey athletes and 11 Gresik outdoor hockey athletes. The results of this study indicate that the physical condition of female indoor hockey athletes is in the moderate category and outdoor hockey athletes have poor physical conditions. It is necessary to have intensive training from the coach so that the physical condition of the indoor and outdoor female hockey athletes can improve and support more optimal performance
