مقایسه ترکيب بدنی و آمادگی جسمانی گروه‌های خونی متفاوت در کشتی‌گيران جوان

Background and aim: Knowing about the level of physical fitness and physical condition of wrestlers is an important and primary principle in talent identification, training planning, and success in professional sports. Therefore, the aim of this research was to compare the body composition and some physical fitness factors of different blood groups in the young wrestlers of Ardabil city. The current research is semi-experimental and the statistical population consisted of 40 young wrestlers from Ardabil city with 4 blood groups (A, B, AB, O) with positive RH. Methods: After receiving the consent form from the subjects, the wrestlers went to the laboratory of Ardabil medical centers to determine the blood group and evaluate body fat percentage, BMI, the variables of endurance and muscle strength, speed, agility and anaerobic capacity, and maximum oxygen consumption. The statistical analysis was carried out at a significance level of 0.05 using SPSS22 software. Results: The results showed that the variables have significant differences among the four blood group subjects (P > 0.05) and also, the results showed that O blood group, in all variables, was at a higher level than other groups, and AB group is the weakest blood group in wrestlers. Conclusion: The variables of body composition and physical fitness of different blood groups in young wrestlers have significant differences.سابقه و هدف: اطلاع از سطح آمادگی جسمانی و وضعیت بدنی کشتی­‌گیران، یک اصل مهم و ابتدایی در استعدادیابی، برنامه‌­ریزی تمرینی و موفقیت در ورزش حرفه‌­ای می‌­باشد، بنابراین هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه ترکیب بدنی و برخی عوامل آمادگی جسمانی گروه­‌های خونی مختلف در کشتی‌­گیران جوان شهر اردبیل می‌­باشد، پژوهش حاضر نیمه تجربی و جامعه آماری را 40 نفر از کشتی‌­گیران جوان شهر اردبیل با 4 گروه خونی (A، B، AB، O) با RH مثبت تشکیل دادند. روش کار: پس از دریافت رضایت‌­نامه از آزمودنی‌­ها، کشتی­‌گیران برای تعیین گروه خونی به آزمایشگاه مراکز درمانی شهر اردبیل مراجعه، ارزیابی درصد چربی بدن، BMI، متغیرهای استقامت و قدرت عضلانی، سرعت، چابکی و توان بی­‌هوازی، حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی گروه‌­های خونی انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری نتایج در سطح معناداری  0/05 با استفاده از نرم‌­افزار SPSS22 انجام شد. یافته­‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که متغیرها در بین آزمودنی­‌های چهار گروه خونی دارای تفاوت معناداری می­‌باشند (0/05 <P) و همچنین نتایج نشان داد که گروه خونی O، در تمامی متغیرها، در سطح بالاتری از دیگر گروه‌­ها قرار گرفتند و همچنین گروه AB ضعیف­ترین گروه خونی در کشتی­‌گیران می‌­باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: متغیرهای ترکیب بدنی و آمادگی جسمانی گروه‌های خونی متفاوت در کشتی­‌گيران جوان دارای تفاوت معناداری می‌­باشند
