El Pensamiento: un concepto clásico que evoluciona en el tiempo

From Cognitive Psychology, the study of the mind has been articulated in basic processes: memory, emotion, motivation, language, thinking, among others, which have evolved over time. From this review article, it is intended to take a brief tour of the basic processes of the mind, focusing specifically on the concept of thinking, in light of Kanheman's recent contribution on the types of thought. His contribution will allow us to identify the way each one of the thought systems works, the most common biases and how to think more and more rationally.Desde la Psicología Cognitiva, se ha articulado el estudio de la mente en procesos básicos: memoria, emoción, motivación, lenguaje, pensamiento, entre otros, los cuales han ido evolucionando con el tiempo. Desde este artículo de revisión, se pretende realizar un recorrido breve por los procesos básicos de la mente, centrándonos concretamente en el concepto de pensamiento, a luz de la reciente contribución de Kanheman, sobre los tipos de pensamiento. Su aporte nos permitirá identificar el modo de funcionar de cada uno de los sistemas de pensamiento, los sesgos más comunes y cómo pensar cada vez de una manera más racional
