El liderazgo en educación: una nueva visión de la realidad desde el humanismo

The objective of this research was to analyze and reflect on leadership in the educational context. In this way, for the analysis, the implementation of a qualitative approach and a hermeneutic design was addressed, which allowed, based on the recognition and reflection of the theoretical contributions of different authors, to make a theoretical approach to the definition of the educational leader in a changing context. and permeated by cultural transformations due to changes in social dynamics and people's lifestyles. So then, this article presents a new vision of reality, which proposes to broaden the horizon and lines of action of the transforming teacher leader, who seeks to analyze different paradigms not only in science, but also in the social context. For the analysis, the contributions made by Viktor Frankl were also considered, who reaffirms the presence of a spiritual existence in the human being, which helps him to evolve the sense of responsibility, to find answers to the different questions that arise in the transformative teacher leader, who must possess skills that allow him to transform and transcend, to promote and establish values ​​such as coexistence, participation, respect and commitment, for himself, for his students and other educational actors. Finally, the leader must have the ability to plan, manage, lead and evaluate the educational process at different times and circumstances.En esta investigación se tuvo como objetivo analizar y reflexionar acerca del liderazgo en el contexto educativo. De esta forma, para el análisis se abordó la implementación de un enfoque cualitativo y un diseño hermenéutico que permitió a partir del reconocimiento y reflexión de los aportes teóricos de diferentes autores, hacer una aproximación teórica frente a la definición del líder educativo en un contexto cambiante y permeado por las trasformaciones culturales debido a los cambios en las dinámicas sociales y los estilos de vida de las personas. Así entonces, se presenta en este artículo una nueva visión de la realidad, que plantea ampliar el horizonte y las líneas de acción del líder docente transformador, que busca analizar diferentes paradigmas no solo en la ciencia, sino también, en el contexto social. Para el análisis se consideró igualmente los aportes realizados por Viktor Frankl, quien reafirma la presencia de una existencia espiritual en el ser humano, la cual, le ayuda a evolucionar el sentido de la responsabilidad, para encontrar respuestas a los diferentes interrogantes que surgen en el líder docente transformador, el cual, debe poseer unas habilidades que le permitan transformarse y trascender, para propender y constituir valores tales como la convivencia, la participación, el respeto y el compromiso, para sí, para sus estudiantes y demás actores educativos. Finalmente, el líder debe tener la capacidad de planear, gestionar, liderar y evaluar el proceso educativo en los diferentes momentos y circunstancias
