Background - This study is to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and work experience on employee performance at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Gresik. Design/methodology/approach - The population in this study are permanent employees at PT Indomarco Adi Prima Gresik, totaling 80 employees.
