-Stress-gene activation in <i>cbf11Δ</i> cells is dependent on Sty1 and Atf1.

(A) Expression of the indicated stress genes in sty1-as and cbf11Δ sty1-as cells treated or not with the Sty1-as inhibitor 3-MB-PP1 and 0.5 mM H2O2 for 30 min in YES medium was analyzed by RT-qPCR. Mean and SD values of three independent replicates are shown. One-sided Mann-Whitney U test was used to determine statistical significance.
