The purpose of research was to determine the effects of dose of two types of nitrogen fertilizer on growth and yield of sweet corn (Sea Mays saccharata) implemented in Malang in March - June 1998. The research was done as 2x4 factorial experiment in a Completely Randomized Design (RBD) with 3 replication. The first factor was the type of nitrogen fertilizer with two levels : ZA and Urea. The second factor was the dose of nitrogen fertilizer with four levels : 100, 200, 300 and 400 kg/ha. The result showed the interaction of dose and type of nitrogen fertilizer did not affect on all of growth and yield variable on sweet corn.
