This paper aims to present the neutrosophic technique and fuzzy approach to determine the preferred compromise solution for bi-level multi-objective quadratic programming problem with neutrosophic parameters in both the objective functions and constraints. The introduced technique starts firstly to convert the neutrosophic parameters that exist in the objective functions to crisp numbers then convert the neutrosophic parameters that exist in the constraints to crisp numbers. After that, we applied the fuzzy approach to determine the optimal solution for our bi-level multi-objective quadratic programming problem (BLMOQP). Keywords
