O AUTORITARISMO ANUNCIADO:: UMA ANÁLISE DE DISCURSO DO PRESIDENTE JAIR BOLSONARO

The analisys study presents the results of a content analysis of the speech of President Jair Bolsonaro, delivered at the 108th anniversary of the Assembly of God in Brazil, in the city of Belém, state of Pará, on June 13, 2019 and published in Jair Bolsonaro's Official YouTube Channel on June 14, 2019. Although representative democracy is the political regime currently adopted in Brazil, considering the existing political and social scenario, the objective is to verify whether in the speech of the elected representative, there are elements of other authoritarian political regimes and their relation to democracy. To do so, three main categories were created, which correspond to the authoritarian regimes analyzed, which were classified into three subcategories each. For that, the content analysis was used as a research methodology, based on the teachings of Bardin and Orlandi, as a central theoretical reference. It was concluded by the strong incidence of elements allusive to authoritarian regimes in the discourse, these being mostly related to fascism.O estudo apresenta os resultados de uma análise de um discurso do Presidente da República Jair Bolsonaro. Proferido na celebração de 108 anos da Assembleia de Deus no Brasil, na cidade de Belém, estado do Pará, no dia 13 de junho de 2019 e publicado no Canal Oficial de Jair Bolsonaro no YouTube em 14 de junho de 2019. Em que pese a democracia representativa seja o regime político atualmente adotado no Brasil, considerando o cenário político e social existente, objetiva-se verificar se no discurso do representante eleito, existem elementos de outros regimes políticos autoritários e a sua relação com a democracia. Para tanto, foram criadas três grandes categorias, que correspondem aos regimes autoritários analisados, as quais foram em três subcategorias cada. Para tanto, utilizou-se como metodologia de pesquisa a análise de discurso, a partir dos ensinamentos de Bardin e Orlandi, como referencial teórico central. Concluiu-se pela forte incidência de elementos alusivos a regimes autoritários no discurso, sendo estes em sua maioria relacionados ao fascismo. &nbsp
