In this report, considerations are presented regarding observations, workshops and teaching of the pedagogical residency program of the degree in physics at the Federal Institute of Santa Catarina (ifc) - Concordia campus. These activities were carried out in a class of the 2nd year of the Technical Course in Food, in the morning and afternoon. In this last phase of the Project, teaching is being carried out for 16 hours of classes with two more workshops, concepts of thermodynamics were worked on.
