From social bioethics, and from the perspective of the UNESCO Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights 2005, we have reflected on the impact of insolvency and over-indebtedness of the most vulnerable people as a possible violation of their human rights, of the principle of non-maleficence and of dignity, in a context crossed by inequality, unemployment, rupture of the payment chain and economic contraction of Argentina. Methodologically we use a bibliographic inquiry and an objective observation of the context.
