This study aims to investigate whether work-family conflict has a mediating role in the relationship between work overload perception and job satisfaction. In this framework, data were obtained from 250 accounting sector employees working in Erzincan province of Turkey by survey method. The obtained data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS programs. As a result, it was found that work overload perception has a significant and negative impact on job satisfaction, and a significant and positive impact on work-family conflict, and work-family conflict and job satisfaction variables are significantly and negatively correlated.
