The author reports her experience during her first three months at Fortaleza´s municipal government Young Talents Program/2022 as a Psychology intern in the organization of the Specialized Educational Service- SES and in the articulation of actions for an inclusive school at EM Infante Rosalina Rodrigues. Through participant observation, field records, data collection and application of semi-structured interviews were carried out in order to get to know the organization of the school and the relationships that exist in it.
