Teacher training must be treated as something dynamic and continuous in which the qualification of this professional is essential for a transformative education. In view of this, the research aims to understand the limits and possibilities of the didactic-pedagogical training of teachers of licensure courses; to characterize the theoretical and practical basis that underpins the pedagogical action of university professors in undergraduate courses. The study in question is classified, in terms of objectives, as a bibliographic research with a qualitative approach.
