The study examined the effect of corporate reputation management practice on organisational performance of deposit money banks in Delta State. The research was conducted in five selected deposit money banks in two major cities (Asaba and Warri in Delta State). The cross-sectional survey research design method was adopted for the study. The study employed the stratified random sampling technique. The study used structured questionnaire as instrument of data collection. To establish the reliability of the instrument, a test-retest method was employed. The descriptive statistics, correlation and multiple regression analysis was used.
