Abstract: For the relative ease with which we may currently use technology, we owe a significant debt to the discoveries of Muslim and western scientists, whose combined efforts have been a driving force in the growth of science and human civilisation over the past several decades. This article seeks to examine the contributions of Muslim scientists and the outcomes of their research to the advancement of scientific knowledge. Reading about the function of Muslim scholars through books, scholarly papers, and other written resources constitutes library research.
