The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with descriptive research type. Data was collected by interview, observation, and documentation with research subjects 1 key informant who is the head of the service, 11 informants in charge of implementing family card services and 5 people who apply for family card services. The theory used in this study refers to employee performance indicators which include: Quality of work; Work quantity; Responsibility; Cooperation and Initiative.
