Analisis Peranan Camat Dalam Membina Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Desa Di Kecamatan Singingi Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

The purpose of this study is to describe how the development of village governance in Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research in this paper was conducted using a qualitative type of research. Qualitative research is to get a clearer picture of the phenomena that occur in relation to the problem under study. The research instrument is the researcher himself, and at the same time acts as a data measuring tool. The researcher as a research instrument aims to obtain valid and reliable data. This may be fulfilled because the researcher directly conducts field observations and interviews with informants. The results of the research on the role of the Camat in Fostering the Implementation of Village Government in Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency through four indicators. First, the guidance provided by the Singingi Camat to the village head or village stakeholders has been going well internally, especially with the current pandemic conditions, they use the internet to communicate with each other between the sub-district head and the village head as the implementer of the village administration in order to provide input and instructions. in order to achieve the objectives of village governance. second, the supervision carried out by the Singingi Camat by observing the implementation of village administration and conducting evaluations to straighten out problems in the implementation of village administration. third, direction from the Singingi Camat regarding the use of funds guided by the relevant rules and instructions given by the Camat in the form of “Singingi Bangkit which aims for the development and progress of the village. fourth, the training provided by the Singingi Camat in the form of workshops and socialization to village heads about the latest regulations or rules to be understood and applied in the implementation of village governance
