Bentuk Bentuk Premanisme Di Lokasi Wisata (Studi Kasus Di Air Terjun Aek Metua Rokan Hulu)

The form of thuggery that often occurs in tourist locations is illegal levies carried out by several individuals who take advantage of this opportunity. In this case, the crime committed is due to an opportunity or opportunity that is seen by the perpetrators with the condition of the tourist location to carry out illegal levies by allied security against tourists who are at the Aek Martua location in Tangun village, Bangun Purba district. The results of daily income range from 400 to 500 thousand rupiah. The author concludes that some youths who don’t have permanent jobs have a negative impact and become a trigger for committing crimes such as illegal levies as their source of income. The formulation of the problem raised in this study is what are the forms of thuggery in tourist locations (a case study at Aek Matua Rokan Hulu Waterfall). The type of research in this study is a qualitative research type with the aim of knowing the forms of thuggery at the Aek Matua Tourism Location through identification collection and data analysis so that an answer to the formulated problem is obtained. The key informants in this study were tourists and the police, while the informants were the public, Satpol PP and thugs. The results of the interviews that the author conducted with key informants and informants regarding the public's reaction were still given strict warnings alongside efforts to monitor and be aware of what the perpetrators of illegal levies would do
