This research is a Research and Development research using the 4-D Thiagarajan development model. The development of this video is carried out in several stages, namely define, design, and development. The subjects of this study were students of class XI at SMA Negeri 14 Pekanbaru, SMA Negeri 7 Pekanbaru, and MAN 1 Pekanbaru. The research data were obtained from validation sheets that were assessed by material experts, media experts and biology teachers, as well as student response sheets obtained from the results of limited feasibility trials from students. The results showed that the quality of the feasibility of learning videos based on the results of validation by material experts was in the very feasible category with an average percentage of 98.25% (very feasible), the results of validation by media experts got an average percentage of 89% (very feasible), the results of validation by media experts get an average percentage of 89% (very feasible). Based on these several categories, it can be concluded that the biology learning videos developed are very feasible and can be used in learning activities and get a positive response from students.
