This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of the non- physical work environment and work discipline on the performance of the population and civil registration office of Karimun Regency. The sampling technique in this study was using a simple random sampling technique. In this case, the researcher took a sample of all employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Karimun Regency by distributing questionnaires to employees, totaling 66 samples. The method used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis.
