This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction at the Timbang Rasa Kubang Restaurant. The population in this study were consumers who had eaten at the Timbang Rasa Kubang Restaurant. Sampling used accidental sampling, namely the population that met the research criteria and then made a sample of 50 people. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, f test and determination (R2).
