ABSTRACT Environmental pollution caused by former mining areas is very dangerous for the environment because various types of ecosystems have been damaged, including humans, which also have an impact and suffer material and immaterial losses. Environmental protection and management are required. protection and management is carried out in an integrated manner covering the environmental fields for sustainability. Every mining company is required to make efforts to minimize negative impacts and maximize positive impacts, including for PT. Antam which has carried out bauxite mining activities in Wakcopek Village, Kijang Village, Kijang Regency, Riau Islands Province, rehabilitation efforts must be carried out in order to restore green areas around the former bauxite mining area. The writing that the researcher wrote was entitled “Legal Analysis of the Implementation of Environmental Rehabilitation After Mining Exploration at PT ANTAM Tbk. In Wacopek Village, Gunung Kijang Village, Bintan Regency. Based on Article 96 Letter B of Law no. 3 of 2020 concerning Minerba�. The research method used is an observational research type which is seen from its descriptive analytical nature whose data uses primary data as the main data, namely going directly to respondents to conduct interviews and questionnaires and using secondary data as data to support the main issues to be discussed. Analysis of the data obtained by means of a qualitative descriptive which the researcher will later relate to the theory and legislation in accordance with the formulation of the research problem. The implementation of rehabilitation, post-mining reclamation on ex-bauxite mine excavation carried out by PT. Antam has been carried out completely starting in 2009 until completion in 2013 which was carried out in stages, the form of rehabilitation in the form of post-mining reclamation PT. Antam, among others, as follows, City parks, corn farms, dragon fruit farms, Blue Lake, durian plantations, Antam Monuments and Reliefs. Environmental disputes that occur can be resolved through non-litigation (outside court) or litigation (through court). Settlement of disputes outside the court can be reached by mediation, conciliation or arbitration mechanisms. Litigation settlement can be reached through a class action mechanism, legal standing or a lawsuit to the state administrative court
