The influence of the amount of complexing agent added to the starting solution on the physicochemical properties of Cu-Ni nanostructured alloys obtained through a chemical route, was studied. For this purpose, three Cu-Ni nanoalloy samples were synthesized by a previously developed procedure, starting from solutions with citric acid to metal molar ratios (C/Me) of 0.73, 1.00 and 1.50. The synthesis technique consisted in preparing a precursor via the citrate-gel method, and carrying out subsequent thermal treatments in controlled atmospheres.
