This study was to investigate the relationship between employee motivation and job performance of selected construction companies in Rivers State. In this study, we have two variables employee motivation as the independent variable and job performances as the dependent variable. Both of these variables have their dimensions and measures which will assist the researcher to find out the relationship that employee motivation and job performances of selected construction companies in Rivers State, the methodology adopted was descriptive research design to collect both primary and secondary data.
