Euthanasia in Turkish Legal Framework

Through the supremacy of the right to life, euthanasia has been defined as one of the most controversial legal subjects for various legal systems. Due to the ongoing criticisms in publics, mostly. legislators aim to remain silent to provoke reactions. The main question that shall be answered to decide the approach of the states is; do people have the right to die or is the right to life above the human will? According to the Turkish legal framework, the answer to the mentioned question has changed for active and passive euthanasia.
