Labisia pumila (Kacip fatimah), contains many useful polyphenols leading to various activities such as pre and post-menopausal issues as well as effective for controlling obesity due to the presence of phytochemical profiles (e.g. phenolics, flavonoids and resorcinols) in the extracts.
