ObjectiveTrigeminal neuralgia (TN) is one of the leading causes of facial pain and seriously affects patients' quality of life. Foramen ovale (FO) radiofrequency thermocoagulation is a classic approach for the treatment of TN that has failed pharmacological therapy.
