Mice were i.c.v administrated with β-PAE(1mg/kg) or saline at the onset of CLP model. ML385 was i.c.v injected 2h post-CLP. Data are shown as percentage survival after 7 days. The presented data are a composite of three independent experiments (n = 15 in each group). *Pvs. CLP group.
