In utero time-lapse spinning disk confocal Imaris movie of a zyg-9(or1984ts) oocyte upshifted at metaphase expressing GFP::ASPM-1 and mCherry::H2B. Movie is from the point of upshift (indicated by an orange sphere) to the end of meiosis I. Rotation shows the ectopic pole associated with a poorly congressed bivalent.
