In utero time-lapse spinning disk confocal Imaris movie of a zyg-9(or634ts) oocyte upshifted at metaphase expressing GFP::TBB-2 and mCherry::H2B. Movie is from the point of upshift (indicated by an orange sphere) to the start of meiosis II. Rotation shows both chromosome sets present in the cytoplasm at meiosis II onset.
