AbstractAluminum alloy ceramic matrix composites have become widely used in a variety of sectors and will grow in the future with the growth of measures to reduce environmental pollution and the necessity to reduce the use of fossil fuels. Stir casting is the most cost-effective method for mass-producing Aluminum Alloy Matrix Composite; however, it still has certain challenges that need to optimize for its performance. The current gap is to anticipate, recognize, and strive to minimize casting flaws during the liquid phase. Taguchi method for the design of the experiment was used to optimize the stirrer parameters.
